A Central Oregon home for troubled teens is facing a criminal investigation after the state orders Mount Bachelor Academy to stop providing services. The State Department of Human Service cites nine counts of neglect and child abuse as they prepare a report for the Crook County Sheriffs Office. The director of the Academy is considering legal action to allow the facility to continue operations while the issue is sorted out.
